Please don't make me wonder if you're going to show up.  You will receive a text message 48 hours and an email 24 hours prior to your service.  Failure to confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your visit may result in cancellation.

 

Cancellations

Things happen.  I totally get it.  You wake up not feeling well or something suddenly comes up.  I just ask you to respect my time and business.  Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.  Last minute cancellations will be required to pre-pay for their appointments going forward and if it happens again, there will be no refunds. "No Shows" will have to pay for their missed appointment before scheduling any others.

 

Late Arrivals

Please make every effort to be on time.  First time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to do a proper intake.  In the event of a late arrival, every effort will be made to provide the scheduled amount of time for the service. However, if the full service cannot be provided due to lateness, the client will still be responsible for the full amount of the session.

Classes

Classes must be pre-paid in advance and are non-refundable.  Please make sure you don't have any conflicts before you sign up.  If there are not enough students to have the class, you will be notified a week before the start of class and you will receive a full refund.

Packages

Packages are pre-paid in advance and are non-refundable.  Offers are valid for 1 year after purchase.  You may share your package with another.  They can enter your 8 digit code at the time of booking.



Confidentiality and Health

The benefits of massage can be endless. However, in some situations, massage can also be harmful. All clients are required to fill out an intake form to enclose all health conditions. Clients are also required to update any changes in health. This information is vital to provide a safe massage for each client. In some cases, the client may be required to provide a doctor's note of approval. All information is kept confidential. Information will not be discussed with anyone without a written release form signed by the client.

Expectations

The utmost respect and professionalism will be provided by the therapist and the same is expected from the client. In the event of anything less, the session will be ended immediately. Clients will be draped modestly during the entire massage. The only part of the body that will be undraped is the part of the body being massaged.
