Cancellations

Things happen.  I totally get it.  You wake up not feeling well or something suddenly comes up.  I just ask you to respect my time and business.  Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.  Last minute cancellations and "no shows" will be required to pre-pay for their appointments going forward.  Therefore, if it happens again, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

 

Late Arrivals

Please make every effort to be on time.  First time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to do a proper intake.  In the event of a late arrival, every effort will be made to provide the scheduled amount of time for the service. However, if that the full service cannot be provided due to lateness, the client will still be responsible for the full amount of the session.



Confidentiality and Health

The benefits of massage can be endless. However, in some situations, massage can also be harmful. All clients are required to fill out an intake form to enclose all health conditions. Clients are also required to update any changes in health. This information is vital to provide a safe massage for each client. In some cases, the client may be required to provide a doctor's note of approval. All information is kept confidential. Information will not be discussed with anyone without a written release form signed by the client.

Expectations

The utmost respect and professionalism will be provided by the therapist and the same is expected from the client. In the event of anything less, the session will be ended immediately. Clients will be draped modestly during the entire massage. The only part of the body that will be undraped is the part of the body being massaged.



Refund Policy

Prepaid services and gift certificates are not eligible for refunds.
